The Resident Services Director is a relationship‑driven leader who serves as a trusted partner to residents, families, and the community team. This role is central to helping residents live well, remain independent as long as possible, and feel supported as their needs evolve.

Position: Resident Services Director
Full Time
Compensation: 60,000-$65,000 annually
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary resource for residents and families regarding health, wellness, and supportive services
- Facilitate collaborative care meetings, working with a multidisciplinary team to support resident outcomes, community flow, and occupancy
- Guide aging‑in‑place discussions, transition evaluations, and care planning with residents and families when health needs change
- Build and maintain strong service provider referral networks both on and off campus
- Collaborate with the Community Life Director and Wellness Nurse to design and deliver innovative wellness programming and health education
- Serve as a connector—translating options into choices that respect independence, preference, and dignity
- Drive a positive community culture rooted in hospitality and trust

What We’re Looking For:
- Active nursing or social work licensure or graduate of an accredited college or university (preferred, not required)
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience in senior living or healthcare
- Strong communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfort working independently while collaborating across teams
- Ability to navigate complex conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong ethical judgment and understanding of appropriate boundaries
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel)
- Passion for resident advocacy and relationship‑based care
