Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an expert Product Manager to oversee the SuccessFactors Performance module. This role involves acting as the primary contact for stakeholder relationships, managing project execution, and ensuring platform stability while mentoring a direct report.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact (POC) and key liaison between the PD COE, Process Teams, and Digital Nexus, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all module-related activities
- Partner with the PD COE and other stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for the Digital Nexus team and direct report
- Analyze and map current and future-state business processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for simplification that can be executed by the delivery team
- Guide the creation and review of critical documentation (e.g., use cases, process flows, business requirements documents) to ensure quality and consistency
- Oversee and, when necessary, directly participate in the daily administration and operation of the module to guarantee stability and business alignment
- Own the end-to-end issue resolution process; act as the escalation point and key communicator for the business, and step in to directly assist with complex issues
- Manage the overall execution of the bi-annual Goal Setting and Year-End performance review projects and directly contribute to key deliverables to ensure success
- Oversee and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the final solution is robust, aligns with business requirements, and is delivered with high quality
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clear prioritization for a hands-on technical resource who performs the daily, in-module configuration and initial issue investigation
- Effectively delegate day-to-day operational tasks while remaining hands-on with critical project deliverables and complex issues to ensure nothing is missed
Requirements:
- SuccessFactors Performance Module Expertise: Direct, hands-on configuration and administration experience with the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module
- Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to act as a trusted liaison and build strong relationships with business and technical teams
- Business Analysis Acumen: Demonstrated experience translating complex business needs into clear, documented requirements for a technical audience
- Project Execution: A track record of managing and participating in end-to-end system and operational projects, from requirements to delivery
- Leadership and Mentorship: Experience or aptitude for leading and mentoring technical resources, providing clear direction and prioritization
