Caspar Health is a company focused on revolutionizing rehabilitation through innovative technology and personal support. As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to the development of digital therapy experiences, collaborating with a cross-functional team to design user-friendly applications and grow your skills in product design.
Responsibilities:
- Together with the team, you will design digital experiences for our mobile apps and web platform and work on solutions that are understandable and accessible for patients
- You will translate stakeholder requirements and user insights into initial wireframes, flows, UI concepts, and prototypes — while learning to think beyond the first obvious solution
- Through close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers, you will develop an understanding of how requirements, feedback, and technical constraints come together
- Discussions, questions, and constructive feedback are a natural part of your daily work and help you continuously improve your design decisions
- By working with existing Figma components, you will help ensure a consistent user experience across different platforms
- As your confidence grows, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop into an independent role within product design
Requirements:
- You hold a degree in design or impress us with another relevant background and a strong portfolio
- Through internships, working student roles, freelance projects, or personal work, you have already gained your first exposure to digital product design
- A solid foundation in UX and UI, along with confident use of Figma, helps you create structured and visually polished interfaces
- You also stay up to date with the fast-evolving market of AI-supported design tools
- You are curious, open-minded, and communicative, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy actively contributing to collaboration and discussions
- You see feedback as an opportunity, can realistically assess your own skills, and are eager to continue developing both professionally and personally
- You have very good English skills (minimum C1) as well as good German skills (minimum B1/B2)
