Performance Test Engineering - Product Engineer III

Wolters Kluwer DXG U.S., Inc. is seeking a Performance Test Engineering - Product Engineer III. The role involves developing performance test strategies, executing various performance tests, analyzing results to identify bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of performance test strategies and frameworks, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Participate in the execution of performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests, utilizing established tools and methodologies
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and support initiatives for system optimization and enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers, to integrate performance objectives into the product lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team
• Create technical documentation and reports, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field plus 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Performance Test Engineer, IT Architect, or related occupation
• 4 years of experience in performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter
• 4 years of experience in reading and writing in C#
• 4 years of experience in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing stored procedures in SQL
• 4 years of experience in creating technical documentation and reports for software applications and solutions
• 4 years of experience in mentoring junior developers, architects, or product managers
• 4 years of experience in analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and pinpointing bottlenecks to support system operation
