Research Lead / Data Science

Quantile Health is a New York–based, seed-stage AI startup building agentic applications to expand access to transformative medicines and reduce commercial costs for drug innovators. They are seeking a data-driven problem solver to lead their AI Engineer and Data Science team, leveraging large language models to transform unstructured data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver agentic LLM applications that drive business impactful business outcome
• Project manage AI initiatives end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, while mentoring and developing a team of 3–4 data scientists
• Partner with founders to define and drive the product roadmap and technical direction
• Remain hands-on in research, model development, and building production-ready AI systems
• Work closely with the Engineering team to design system architecture, internal tools, and scalable data and model infrastructure
