They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer & AI Agent Developer to design and maintain a robust backend, develop sophisticated conversational agents, and create APIs and microservices for their SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Performance: Design and maintain a robust, scalable, and highly stable backend
• Agentic Engineering: Develop sophisticated conversational agents capable of translating business descriptions into combinatorial optimization problems
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Write and document complex, reusable, and production-optimized prompts
• Ecosystem & Connectivity: Create APIs, microservices, and e-commerce modules to integrate our solutions with our clients
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the evolution of our platforms and the security of data flows
