Vendelux is transforming how companies discover, evaluate, and maximize the impact of events. The role involves building, integrating, and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer, along with providing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for successful adoption of AI agents.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
- Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes
- Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
- Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
- Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting
- Track and respond to campaign replies
- Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
- Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
- Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
- Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
- Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
- High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
- Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
