RevPilots is seeking a GTM Engineer to own pipeline generation from the ground up for their client. This role combines sales instincts with technical fluency to build tools and automate workflows, aiming to bring qualified pipeline in faster and at a higher volume.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-quality target lists using scraping, data cleaning, and pre-qualification techniques
- Use AI coding tools to automate prospecting and outreach workflows, building custom solutions where off-the-shelf tools fall short
- Execute outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, with messaging that is timely and relevant, not generic
- Integrate intent signals (such as RB2B) with outreach timing and personalization to reach prospects at the right moment
- Continuously test and improve sequences, copy, and targeting criteria based on what is actually working
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline metrics and report on what you are building and why
Requirements:
- Proven ability to use AI tools and coding to build outbound leverage, not just use the tools others built for you
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar data enrichment and sequencing platforms
- Comfortable writing scripts or using no-code/low-code tools to automate repetitive prospecting tasks
- Strong outbound fundamentals: you know what good copy looks like and can adjust based on performance
- Experience incorporating intent data or behavioral signals into outreach timing and messaging
- Self-directed and metrics-driven, you hold yourself accountable to pipeline targets
- Excellent written communication skills across email and LinkedIn
- Comfortable on the phone when the situation calls for it
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, or other workflow automation platforms
- Experience with web scraping and data cleaning pipelines
- Background in RevOps or HubSpot administration
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth B2B environment
