Medical Knowledge Group is a leading organization in medical communications, seeking to expand its Project Management team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing marketing tactics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute detailed timelines for each assigned project and adjust them as needed as the project progresses
- Schedule and lead daily and weekly brand team internal status meetings
- Traffic, audit, and monitor individual project components to make certain there is appropriate quality control
- Provide daily and weekly updates (verbal/written) to ensure all team members are current with project status and that project remains on time and within budget
- Provide focused risk assessment throughout project life cycle
- Comply with and help enforce standard operating procedures
- Make recommendations to ensure adequate planning and resource allocation
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field, that includes experience at the Associate Project Manager, or Project Coordinator level
- Strong trafficking, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent thinker and solution-oriented
