Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Service Management and Customer Service in SAP S/4HANA. The role involves leading discussions with clients to understand business requirements and driving conversations related to SAP functional consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with clients to understand business requirements
- Drive conversations related to SAP functional consulting
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Service Management and Customer Service in SAP S/4HANA
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships
- Outstanding SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience
- Strong technical knowledge, with the capability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's management team
- Able to design and configure SAP S4/HANA order to cash functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the order to cash functions
- Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes: Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Shipments, and Billing
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Industry experience in Life Science preferred
