Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for providing analytics, data pipelining, and reporting to support CRM campaign objectives by transforming data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Extract actionable insights from large-scale consumer and marketing campaign data using SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and analytics tools; design and maintain ETL pipelines, data hygiene processes, and automation to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting/dashboard
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and CRM campaign test-and-learn initiatives to evaluate and optimize B2C marketing performance across digital channels (email, app, SMS) and traditional direct mail
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-functional, data- and technology-driven initiatives impacting CRM strategy and execution
- Develop and implement strategic campaign planning through structured problem formulation, experimental design, and measurement frameworks to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Synthesize analytical findings into clear, actionable deliverables and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
