OpenLoop is a telehealth company focused on delivering care anywhere through innovative support solutions. The Staff Product Manager will lead product strategy and initiatives, collaborating with clients to translate their needs into scalable solutions and driving the development of AI-native products in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy for high-impact, cross-product initiatives aligned with OpenLoop’s business and clinical goals
- Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their needs into clear product requirements
- Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Act as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Services, Engineering, and Design teams
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clients
- Proven experience serving as the product lead for enterprise or strategic clients
- Demonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with long-term product strategy
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations
