Catalyst Labs is a leading talent agency specializing in Talent and Recruitment. They are seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting across various roles, enhance the recruiting process, and partner with founders to align hiring strategies with the company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Own full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go to market, and general and administrative roles
- Build and refine the recruiting engine including interview loops, scorecards, sourcing systems, candidate experience, and applicant tracking system hygiene
- Monitor funnel health such as pass through rates, time to hire, and source mix while driving ongoing improvements in both quality and speed
- Partner closely with founders to plan headcount, clarify role scopes, uphold hiring standards, and maintain consistent hiring momentum
- Source creatively through open source communities, GitHub, Discord, specialized technical networks, and outbound channels
- Close high quality candidates by clearly communicating the company mission, growth trajectory, and equity potential
- Optionally grow into a Head of Talent role by hiring and mentoring recruiters and owning end to end talent strategy
