Job Title: Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 4 Months+

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Planning to lead implementation and optimization initiatives within Oracle EPM Cloud.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering scalable workforce planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) with a focus on Workforce Planning
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional designs
• Configure workforce planning modules including headcount, compensation, and benefits planning
• Drive solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and UAT support
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process optimization

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Planning (headcount, salary, forecasting)
• Proven experience leading at least 1 2 full-cycle EPM implementations
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Experience in business requirement gathering and solution design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EPBCS Workforce module
• Knowledge of integrations with HCM / ERP systems
• Familiarity with Data Management, Smart View, and Groovy scripting
• Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a solution lead
