
Overview of the Position:
The Warehouse Lead is fully accountable for coordinating and supervising their designated department. The primary responsibility is ensuring shipments to the customer are made with 100% quality, on time, cost-effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the Warehouse Lead is responsible for scheduling capacity within their department and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures within their team while meeting all designated KPIs for their department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; expected to gain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project, Lotus Notes, Visio; and other software as applicable.
QualificationsEducation / Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent. Preferred 3 -- 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
