
This position typically starts at $15 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude.
Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Responsible for meeting and greeting guest at the hotel entrance in a prompt fashion so they feel welcomed.
Communicate any information to the guest about the facilities or the local area and assisting the guest throughout their stay at the hotel.
Assist the guest from their transportation to the front desk and then to their hotel room.
Upon request, the guest with their luggage when leaving their room and checking out.
Bellman must be able to make arrangements for the guest example taxi, limo, dinner and special event reservations. This includes follow-up with the guests.
Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the front drive and hotel lobby.
Assists with stocking the gift shop and unpacking merchandise as needed.
Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
Must pass the required background check.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
