Steakhouse Host

Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Steakhouse Host and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience by managing seating, taking reservations, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. 

• Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues. 

• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. 

• Maintain cleanliness standards for the host/hostess station and dining areas. 

• Answer incoming calls and manage reservations efficiently. 

• Process guest payments and handle financial transactions accurately. 

• Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment, embodying our "Big Six" values. 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• 2 years of serving experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Ability to obtain a food handler's card. 

• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. 

• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
