Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Digital Health Product Manager to support the implementation and migration of digital scheduling workflows into their Scheduling Engine. The role involves working closely with product leadership and developers to translate product direction into actionable development work, while also documenting workflows and creating training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and migration of existing digital scheduling workflows into our Scheduling Engine
- Work closely with product leadership and serve as the point of contact for our developers within an Agile delivery model
- Help translate product direction into actionable development work
- Evaluate existing workflows, document business logic and system dependencies, and develop plans for migrating these workflows into the Scheduling Engine
- Drive execution by translating requirements into user stories, managing backlog items, and partnering directly with developers to deliver implementations
- Help document new ways of working and create training materials to support internal teams adopting the Scheduling Engine
Requirements:
- Experience working as Product Manager/Business Analyst
- Working with Agile development team
- Any Scheduling Engine or Scheduling Systems experience
- Healthcare domain/Healthcare Industry background
- Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear user stories, backlog items, and development requirements
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow documentation, and creating training materials for internal teams
- Experience partnering closely with dev teams on delivery execution and sprint planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across product, development, and partner teams
- Experience with scheduling systems in healthcare (nice to have)
