They are seeking a Program Manager II to support the Participant Engagement team within Global Research Operations, focusing on implementing operational systems and driving change management initiatives to enable research teams to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple programs with operational, administrative, and reporting activities
- Manage change management processes, including scheduling trainings, updating tools, and maintaining documentation
- Maintain sandbox environments for testing and training
- Support participant recruitment operations and related workflows
- Track and report progress updates, including triaging tooling issues and bug reports
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Collect and validate team-wide metrics and reporting data
- Manage purchase orders and assist with budget logistics
- Provide additional operational and project support as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or similar roles
- Experience supporting UX Research or Design Operations teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
- Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives
- Ability to drive alignment and adoption through clear communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and timeline management
- Experience supporting organization-wide tool rollouts or relaunches
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption
- Background in UX Research or Design Operations
- Experience recruiting and coordinating participants for user research studies
- Strong resourcefulness and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Experience supporting cross-functional program launches
