The role involves delivering high-quality support to corporate users, maintaining professionalism while assisting with mortgage-related technical issues, and collaborating with developers to provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality, urgent support to corporate users and partner offices through ticket handling, phone assistance, and remote troubleshooting
- Maintain professionalism, a positive demeanor, and exceptional service while balancing user needs with compliance and software best practices
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance for all requests tied to mortgage origination activities
- Support LOS and related ancillary systems
- Collaborate with fellow developers and Encompass administrators to deliver the strongest solutions for company initiatives and technical challenges
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in the mortgage industry providing direct user or client support
- At least three years of hands‑on experience supporting and working with Encompass
- Strong commitment to diagnosing, researching, and resolving complex issues with urgency
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills that ensure a professional and smooth end‑user experience
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organization, documentation, and communication abilities
- Understanding of mortgage processing workflows and compliance requirements
