Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

OP is a fast-growing iGaming startup building innovative gaming experiences. They are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to serve as the subject matter expert, guiding teams through project lifecycles and ensuring successful application and platform delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for one or more domains (e.g., Payments/Wallet, Platform, Compliance/Security, Player Account, Promotions), guiding teams through the full project lifecycle to deliver applications and platform capabilities successfully
• Provide expert-level guidance to engineering and product teams, contributing to high-level architecture and design decisions, and recommending improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness
• Partner with application teams on solution design and delivery, ensuring integrations work cleanly with enterprise infrastructure and third-party vendors (payment processors, KYC, fraud, analytics)
• Lead requirements discovery and validation with business stakeholders, BAs, and user communities; translate business goals into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Own and maintain ongoing documentation for requirements, system design, workflows, operational runbooks, and implementation decisions to ensure continuity and auditability
