SharePoint Automation Engineer -- NEGDC5783990

Compunnel Inc. is a global organization specializing in workforce solutions and IT consulting. They are seeking a SharePoint Automation Engineer to assist in detailing requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions, designing custom solutions, and managing day-to-day support and training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft 365
• Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements
• Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value
• Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training
• Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company
• Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Perform other duties as necessary

• Related Bachelor's or HS Diploma and 4 or more years of related experience
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Associate's, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for additional years of experience
• Related certifications may count towards years of related experience
• Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education
• Experience with Business Process Mapping
• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
• Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent
• SharePoint Application Development Certifications a plus
• Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint is a plus (e.g. HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate)
• Experience with web technologies including (Javascript, JSON, CSS, and HTML)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power App)
