About this role
Reddit is a community of communities, known for open and authentic conversations on the internet. They are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to train, evaluate, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models, improve recommendation systems, and collaborate across disciplines to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Train, evaluate, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to improve experience for millions of users
- Work with data-intensive systems and write production-quality software
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve the recommendation systems and models that power personalization and discovery across all of Reddit
- Extract insights from data using SQL
- Participate in the full software development cycle: design, develop, QA, deploy, experiment, analyze and iterate
- Collaborate across disciplines and with other Machine Learning (ML) teams at Reddit to find technical solutions to complex challenges
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline
