This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in AI technologies and customer experience solutions, preparing candidates for a full-time Solution Engineer role after program completion.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, demonstration, and delivery of NiCE’s AI-driven customer experience solutions
- Gather and translate customer requirements into creative solution concepts
- Learn to design AI and CCaaS workflows using low-code/no-code tools and scripting environments
- Participate in proof-of-value (PoV) projects, request for proposals (RFPs), and pilot implementations with guidance
- Deliver engaging presentations that tell a compelling technical story to different audiences
- Explore conversational AI, IVR, and virtual agent technologies while contributing to real projects
