Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage their online presence. The role involves developing and implementing engaging social media strategies, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
- Creating engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for social media posts
- Managing social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build a community
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROI
- Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about industry developments
- Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts
- Ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize performance
- Familiarity with social media advertising and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing methodologies including SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
