Analytics Engineer

Flock Safety is the leading safety technology platform focused on proactive crime prevention and security. The Analytics Engineer will own end-to-end analytics solutions, drive impact for business stakeholders, and bridge the gap between technical ownership and business partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end analytics solutions from definition to data architecture to data visualization
• Streamline single source of truth insights for the business in an analytics as code environment
• Possess radical ownership and drive impact to business stakeholders
• Walk the line between a technical owner and business partner

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of proven experience as an analytics engineer, business intelligence engineer, or data analyst
• Ability to communicate and drive end to end data solutions for complex and abstract problems
• All-star SQL skills (Redshift a strong plus)
• Experience implementing data modeling best practices in an enterprise data warehouse
• Expertise in building business intelligence and reporting solutions (Sigma experience a strong plus)
• Familiarity with DBT and GIT, as well as working with Data Engineering and Data Architecture organizations
• Prior experience with Salesforce and working directly with Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Finance teams is a strong plus
