Product Manager - Inara (Bilingual in Arabic/English)

FluidAI Medical is creating a paradigm shift in post-operative care with their AI-powered patient education platform, Inara. The Product Manager will define and drive the product vision, manage project timelines, and engage with hospital clients to gather requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the Inara product roadmap, defining features and milestones that deliver measurable value to patients and care teams
• Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to keep engineering, design, and clinical teams aligned
• Manage project timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and delivery milestones to keep the team on track across concurrent workstreams
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., vibe coding, LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate product delivery and prototyping
• Engage directly with hospitals clients and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product decisions, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA) to product specifications and ensure compliance
• Define and drive Interoperability strategy, working with engineering to align Inara with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Devise deployment strategy for local and international hospitals depending on their infrastructure and IT policies
• Assist in conducting technical risk and privacy Impact assessments
• Support other teams with product needs as required
