Business Intelligence Analyst

Corporación Latinoamericana de Educación Virtual is a digital education-focused organisation dedicated to delivering scalable, data-driven, and high-quality virtual learning solutions. They are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across operations, education services, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• Provide actionable insights to support business and academic decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements
• Build data models and perform data visualization
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Support automation of reporting processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with Python or R (preferred but not required)
