They are seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer who will participate in the AI Operations Acceleration Track while handling escalated support tickets and learning to use AI to enhance support delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated support tickets
- Troubleshoot: Windows environments
- Servers
- Networking
- Security issues
- Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Maintain documentation and processes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work with 50+ LLMs: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT
- Build AI workflows and automation
- Develop internal tools and agents
- Use AI to solve real support challenges
- Participate in weekly training sessions with AI leaders
Requirements:
- 2–4 years IT support experience
- Tier 2 or escalation experience
- Strong knowledge of: Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of: Networking fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of: Troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented
