Staff Product Designer – Mobile

Intuit is a financial software company, and they are seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of the QuickBooks mobile app. The role involves leading design initiatives, conducting customer research, and ensuring consistency in mobile user experiences while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Use mobile-first strategic thinking and deep platform knowledge to solve complex user problems through clean, responsive, and emotionally resonant design including AI and agentic experiences on mobile
• Own and visualize end-to-end experiences and ensures consistency of patterns, flows, and mental models across them
• Lead key design initiatives from concept to delivery, crafting wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and interaction models informed by customer insights and platform capabilities
• Directly responsible for conducting customer research, ground your decisions in research, behavioral data, and market and industry insights
• Translate strategic goals into measurable design outcomes, advocating for accessibility, data personalization, and inclusive experiences
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, marketing, and data scientists
• Leverage data and analytical tools to guide tests and innovations within design projects
• Contribute to and mentor others in design critiques, offering actionable, thoughtful feedback across interaction, visual, and motion design while utilizing facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
