Federal Express Corporation is a leading logistics company seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to lead incident response activities and support SailPoint solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and security while improving identity lifecycle management and automating tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead incident response activities as needed, assisting in the prompt resolution and mitigation of security incidents
- Designs, implements, and supports SailPoint (ISC/IIQ) solutions that meet security, compliance, and business requirements
- Delivers stable integrations with target applications, ensuring accurate identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver)
- Proactively identifies and resolves defects, performance issues, and data quality problems with minimal operational impact
- Effectively supports access certifications, provisioning workflows, and policy enforcement, meeting audit and SOX timelines
- Collaborates closely with security, application owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Follows IAM best practices, documentation standards, and change management processes
- Continuously improves the platform by automating manual tasks, optimizing rules/workflows, and adopting new SailPoint features
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a security-first mindset while responding quickly to incidents and escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Two (2) years of experience in IT information security
- General knowledge of hardware, software, and network
