DuhaNashrah.Ai is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Appointment Setter and Business Sales Specialist to support the growth of their AI Automation services. This role focuses on engaging with local business owners to identify decision-makers and introduce tailored AI-powered business solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to local business owners and decision-makers
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Introduce and position AI-powered business solutions tailored to client needs
- Educate prospects on the value of AI automation, including inbound AI call-handling agents
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
- Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
- Manage the full early-stage sales cycle from outreach to appointment setting
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of clients
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B outbound prospecting
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical or AI-based solutions in a simple, compelling way
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently while maintaining structured reporting and activity tracking
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers across industries
- Experience selling B2B services such as SaaS, AI solutions, marketing, or automation tools
- Background in appointment setting, inside sales, or business development roles
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Experience working with US-based clients or markets
