Senior Product Manager

General Dynamics Information Technology is a global technology and professional services company that delivers consulting, technology, and mission services to various government agencies. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and development, drive innovation, and expand client relationships while managing complex initiatives in a cross-functional agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps
• Engage with executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunities
• Translate intricate concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies

Requirements:

• 5 + years of related experience
• US Citizenship Required: Yes
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant product experience
• Must have expert level Product Management experience within large scale publicly facing software platforms
• Must have demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy for large scale, publicly facing, software platforms
• Must be able to effectively communicate product strategy to high level executives
• Must have extensive experience in product management
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery
• Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approaches
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust 6C
