Need Sr. QNXT Architect - Membership & EAM
Candidates must be willing to work as per PST timings
Following is the requirement:
- Architect enterprise solutions using with deep specialization in Membership and Enterprise Application Management (EAM) modules.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of QNXT Membership lifecycle, including enrollment, eligibility, group configuration, benefit plan mapping, and retroactive adjustments.
- Architect and optimize EAM workflows, batch processes, and system automation to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and error handling.
- Design scalable membership data models, benefit structures, and product configurations supporting commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
- Provide enterprise architecture leadership for QNXT implementations, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Define integration architecture between QNXT and external systems including enrollment platforms, CRM, claims, billing, and regulatory reporting systems.
- Lead EDI transaction design and integration for membership exchanges including 834 enrollment files and downstream system synchronization.
- Establish data governance and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of member eligibility, coverage periods, and benefit assignments.
- Design and oversee high-volume membership processing workflows including batch enrollment loads, reconciliation, and retro processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex payer operational requirements into scalable QNXT configurations.
- Guide EAM job scheduling, automation frameworks, and monitoring architecture to support enterprise-level production environments.
- Lead system performance optimization and production stability efforts related to membership processing and batch execution.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams implementing customizations, stored procedures, and integration services supporting QNXT.
- Oversee data migration strategies for membership conversion from legacy platforms into QNXT.
- Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance for QNXT platform development and configuration.
- Lead production support and root cause analysis for membership and EAM related issues impacting eligibility, enrollment, and downstream systems.
- Mentor solution architects and developers on QNXT platform architecture, membership configuration patterns, and EAM orchestration.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies for QNXT configuration and integration components.
