Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) Functional Track Lead to oversee post-production support for R2R processes in Oracle Financials Cloud.
Description

• Lead functional support across R2R modules, including General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting, Period Close, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Lease Management, Oracle Projects (Costing & Billing), ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Manage incident triage and resolution for high-priority (P1/P2) production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support teams and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Monitor integrations, interfaces, and batch jobs (FBDI, APIs, OIC), including troubleshooting and reprocessing errors.
• Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud update readiness, including impact assessment, regression testing, and production validation.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; provide regular operational reporting (SLAs, backlog, trends).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with strong expertise in R2R processes (GL, SLA, close, reporting).
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud production support (L2/L3) and managing complex cross-functional issues.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills (runbooks, SOPs, RCA).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and financial close reconciliation.
