Function as the liaison for the application and business teams aligning our services to business needs.
Advanced Technical Contributions
- SCCM Imaging & Provisioning: Deliver complex imaging solutions for legacy platforms outside Intune, ensuring operational continuity.
- SCCM Environment Optimization: Proactively cleaned and aligned collections, improving system performance and manageability.
- Windows 11 Upgrade Project (SUMIO): Built out new Windows 11 virtual desktops, enabling smooth transition to modern platforms.
- Vulnerability Remediation: Triaged and remediated vulnerabilities across multiple systems, strengthening security posture.
- Work with TA s on Win2012 upgrades (28 machines)
Process Development & Knowledge Management
- Author comprehensive documentation for SCCM provisioning, template deployment, and Dameware connectivity, creating repeatable processes and reducing onboarding time.
- Establish a knowledge base that supports team learning and ensures long term sustainability of certificate management practices.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance on group policy management approach to Eli as a mentorship and knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate cross?team collaboration with IT, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
- Acted as a trusted resource for critical issues, offering direction and resolution support.
Operational Excellence
- Perform elevation 3?way match checks across physical and virtual environments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain ServiceNow queues with discipline, handling diverse incidents and requests while balancing workload across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.
- Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Extensive experience with SCCM and GPO configurations and deployments
- Experience with Data backups and recovery methods and tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system in a global enterprise (eg. Servicenow, Jira).
- Virtual desktop deployments
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Technical requirements:
- Microsoft Azure virtual machine deployments
- Manufacturing systems experience
- PowerShell scripting
- IT Automation platforms
