You will:
- Perform End to end SAP IBP implementation activities (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc.).
- Responsible for Technical design discussions with key Business stakeholders to translate the Business requirements into solution Deliverables
- Resolve complex system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate features developed in an Agile environment. - Design, architect and provide technical leadership for peer developers.
- Share learnings and code assets developed with the CO+I Engineering team.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years of hands-on experience for implementing E2E SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning. - OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in SAP IBP implementation activities such as configuring the solution based on business requirements, setting up and managing security profiles, establishing integrations with existing systems such as MDG, D365 and coordinating any data loads and reporting for the solution.
- 4+ full cycle SAP IBP Supply Planning implementations.
- Technical implementation knowledge in integrations of SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and other internal/external systems.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of Hands-on experience on designing, coding and delivering software solutions at scale - OR Master's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 5+ years of Hands-on experience for implementing integrations with D365, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba or any other engineering systems.
- Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to rapid production deployment.
- Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities into Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
- Experience creating and shipping V1 products using modern development practices.
- Experience using agile methodologies and/or test-driven development (TDD).
- Great curiosity and willingness to question.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
