MasterPro Installs is seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries related to delivery, installation, and order support. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications in both languages and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in both languages
- Make outbound phone calls and send emails to customers for follow-ups, confirmations, and updates
- Provide accurate information about delivery and installation timelines
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments as needed
- Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center support
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in two languages
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and emails throughout the day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM preferred)
