Manager – Agentic AI Engineering Lead

The Manager of Agentic AI Engineering will lead a specialized team in developing cutting-edge AI systems, focusing on efficiency in data cleaning, model fine-tuning, and agentic AI creation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents
• Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture
• Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders
