About this role
The Technical / Solution Lead will provide end‐to‐end technical leadership for the AEGIS to PremierOne CAD integration, ensuring a secure, scalable, and loosely coupled integration architecture aligned with Client''s standards and ArcGIS best practices.
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture, low‐level design, and integration strategy for GIS‐to‐enterprise system integrations
- Define backend‐driven, service‐based integration patterns replacing manual ArcMap workflows
- Ensure loose coupling, performance optimization, and security compliance across integrations
- Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and automation components
- Provide guidance on ArcGIS service usage, schema strategy, and data governance
- Collaborate with Client''s GIS, Police CAD, and IT Security stakeholders
- Support system integration testing, UAT, and production readiness
- Mentor integration and GIS team members
Required Skills
- ArcGIS Enterprise architecture (services, security, performance)
- Enterprise integration patterns (service‐based, event‐driven, batch)
- Strong understanding of GIS data models and spatial standards
- Experience integrating GIS with CAD / EAM / dispatch systems
- Documentation and technical review expertise
