Corporate Finance Analyst | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support their FP&A processes. The role involves translating finance workflows into tasks for AI systems, evaluating outputs for accuracy, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Translate real-world FP&A and corporate finance workflows into structured tasks for AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical reasoning, and financial correctness
• Work on use cases including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Clearly document assumptions, thought processes, and decisions
• Provide feedback to improve AI performance and outputs

Requirements:

• Strong experience in FP&A / Corporate Finance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis (at least three of these)
• 3–8 years of relevant experience (flexible up to ~10 years for strong candidates)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• 20+ hours/week preferred
