Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create robust technical solutions and enhancing system performance through efficient APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure leveraging Python and AWS
• Develop and integrate advanced LLMs and multimodal systems into core platforms
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Build efficient APIs using LangChain and FastAPI to enhance system performance and interoperability
• Stay updated on AI advancements and drive the adoption of cutting-edge multimodal AI technologies

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Have proven experience in Python programming and building systems in AWS environments
• Have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI frameworks
• Be proficient in developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently
