They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their ITSM Specialist team, where the role involves collaborating with sales teams to solve customer problems and deliver enterprise solutions. The position emphasizes value selling, compelling presentations, and optimizing service delivery for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in Atlassian’s ITSM offerings, leveraging expertise to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency for enterprise customers
- Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
- Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
- Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
- Be delivering deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers and prospect
- Work with product management to advance Atlassian’s product line and provide customer feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience interacting with mid-market/enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences
- Unmatched agility to do what it takes to get the job done
- Experience selling ITSM solutions
- Ability to help customers manage and deliver IT services
- Creative problem solver who can interpret complex business problems
- Ability to boil down complex problems into solutions
- Collaborate with prospects, partners, and the Atlassian sales team to deliver compelling value-based solutions

- Ability to interact with executives or talk shop with strong technical audiences
