Business Operations Analyst

Rackspace Technology is a multicloud solutions expert that delivers end-to-end solutions by combining expertise with leading technologies. They are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to manage forecasting, billing accuracy, and operational reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions and process improvements across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own revenue forecasting (monthly/quarterly) and variance analysis
• Own invoicing processes, resolve discrepancies, and support revenue recognition (accruals, adjustments)
• Manage cost tracking, accruals, POs, and contractor costs
• Own reporting (revenue, pipeline, utilization)
• Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting models
• Use automation/AI tools to improve workflows and data quality
• Partner with delivery, Finance, and Sales stakeholders
• Support business reviews and communicate insights clearly
• Identify and drive process improvements and standardization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 5+ years in operations, finance, or revenue roles
• Advanced Excel and strong financial understanding
• Experience with Power BI and data/reporting tools
• Experience with systems (Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, NetSuite, SAP)
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
• Experience in services or project-based environments
• Exposure to automation or AI tools
• Experience improving operational processes
