Mandatory Qualifications
- Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a DevOps Engineer
- More than two (2) years of experience in the Salesforce Platform.
Desirable Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Two (2) years of experience with CI/CD Platforms: Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, Copado, or equivalent deployment automation tools.
- Two (2) years of experience with Event-Driven Architecture: Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST and SOAP services.
- Two (2) years of experience with OmniStudio Suite: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataMappers (formerly DataRaptors), Integration Procedures.
- Two (2) years of experience with Development Environments: Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or similar modern IDEs.
- Two (2) years of experience with Version Control: Git (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution).
- Two (2) years of experience with Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative development frameworks.
- Two (2) years of experience with Release Planning: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
