Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Duck Creek Billing (DC Billing) solutions.
- Configure billing components such as:
- Billing cycles
- Payment plans
- Invoicing
- Commissions
- Work on manuscripts, product configuration, and rating logic.
- Integrate Duck Creek Billing with external systems (policy, claims, payment gateways).
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support production issues and provide enhancements.
- Ensure best practices in coding, version control, and documentation.
