Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Automation Engineer to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies. This role focuses on streamlining business operations, integrating systems, and improving productivity through intelligent workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
• Design end-to-end automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create efficient automation strategies
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for workflows
• Optimize performance and ensure reliability of automation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities
• Maintain governance standards, ensuring compliance with security and organizational policies
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation solutions in production
• Participate in solution lifecycle management including testing, deployment, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-500, PL-900, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and API integrations
• Strong understanding of connectors, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms (Azure AD)
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps integrations
• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate Desktop
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and serverless architecture
• Exposure to enterprise-level automation frameworks and best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of data integration patterns and cloud architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
