We are seeking a dedicated RN Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support staff development, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality care and adherence to clinical standards
• Respond to resident needs and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
• Current Ohio RN license
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
