The Core Shopping & Experience team ensures a seamless core shopping experience across product details, shopping cart, transactions, and after-sales experience. They optimize every stage, from product discovery to post-purchase, strengthening the trust between buyers, sellers, and the e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for e-Commerce solutions and services for TikTok Shop in the US.
- Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping aftersale experience, including browsing order details, cancel, return, and refund, etc.
- Building scalable, maintainable, and extendable design and code, and clear documentation for a fast-growing product team.
