Lyzr AI is an enterprise AI agent platform seeking a North American Partner Solution Engineer to build agentic solutions and cultivate strategic relationships with partners. The role involves creating technical marketing content, onboarding partner sales teams, and supporting customer enablement as a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities:
- Building agentic solutions: Own the design/delivery of joint agentic solutions — production-grade deployments and prototype demos alike — built on Lyzr and partner tech. Applies established blueprints and architectural patterns from Lyzr + partners; operates with or without external engineering support depending on engagement context
- Hands-on development capability: Writes and reviews Python (or equivalent) code directly, and leverages AI-assisted code-gen tools to accelerate solution development. Comfortable working in cloud-hosted development environments and contributing code alongside or independent of partner engineering teams
- Creating Technical Marketing & Enablement Content for Partners: Build and maintain partner/customer-facing assets; including integration guides, reference architectures, tech white papers, hands-on labs, solution briefs/accelerators, competitive positioning, case studies, step-by-step customer guides, playbooks, webinars, and similar assets. Enable internal & external stakeholders to understand Lyzr solutions and identify business problems solved by Lyzr solutions. Develop compelling demos and video walkthroughs for partners and customers
- Delivering Partner/Customer Enablement as the Subject Matter Expert (SME): Join partner and/or customer-facing meetings to support field sales resources (Lyzr & partner sellers) to land the value proposition of Lyzr solutions and drive revenue. Delivering hands-on workshops as needed, and explaining delivery playbooks in real time
- Technical SME - Support strategic customer/partners serving as a technical escalation point for complex agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment patterns. Act as a SME for Lyzr solutions, including Lyzr Blocks, Studio, GitAgent, LyzrGPT, Architect.new, and more
- Design and build Lyzr GTM tools to accelerate Lyzr’s GTM efforts
- Assist in instrumenting and measure partner GTM impact — tracking metrics like partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and related dashboards
- Onboard partners with structured technical onboarding experiences; from initial architecture review through first joint customer deployment
- Lead/support "office hours" enablement with partners to deepen expertise and identify customer opportunities
- Synthesize partner feedback/learning into actionable product insight; capture field experience and delivery patterns to share with product and deployment teams
- Collaborate with leadership to shape joint business plans, especially focused on technical integration goals with strategic partners
Requirements:
- 3-12 years of experience in customer/partner-facing engineering roles, sales engineer, product engineer, solution engineer, solutions architect, forward deployed engineer, technical consultant, or similar
- Enterprise experience preferred, with ability to operate independently in highly ambiguous startup situations
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and tools, including some mixture of Lyzr, LangChain, CrewAI, N8N, leading code-gen solutions, claw, git, and others
- US Eastern Time-Zone (GMT -5): Weekdays must be available with high-quality internet for voice calls with internal or external stakeholders during a range from 800 - 1800 hrs US Eastern Time
- Exceptional English Communication: Written and spoken, must demonstrate strong English communication
- Cloud Fluency: Demonstrated depth on at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and strong understanding of cloud ecosystems
- Ability to Ship Solutions: Strong skill in python or similar programming capabilities
- Passion for AI: A genuine interest in AI and shipping product
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math/Physics or other technical discipline; Masters or advanced degree preferred. Work experience + portfolio may substitute for a degree
- Previous success building technical partnerships with cloud partners and cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, et al)
- Demonstrated content creation, implementation experience, all highly desired
- Project Management Experience: You understand and/or are willing to learn relentless prioritization
- Persuasive with Experienced Tech Leaders: You are capable of navigating complex organizations and are persistent in getting mindshare from busy partners
- Current experience with leading AI players - you've done it successfully, not just dreamed about it…
- Start-up experience while understanding enterprise DNA — you are comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats, but you understand that enterprise customers operate differently than a startup
